I'm in the process of organizing some cooking demonstrations to show clients and friends how to make some of these nutrient-dense delights for your family:
  • Paleo Pancakes - a Sunday morning must!
  • No-grain Breakfast Burritos

  • Apple Crumble Pie
  • Non-dairy Ice Cream (you seriously won't believe it's not ice cream!)
